Prenatal Class
The YMCA Healthy Living Center wants to help you give your baby a healthy start for life. Registration is now open for prenatal classes at the YMCA Healthy Living Center in Clive. Whether or not you have been a regular exerciser in the past, now it is even more important for you to exercise on a regular basis. Not only do you and your baby reap benefits throughout your pregnancy, you also increase your chances of having an easier labor and delivery, as well as a quicker post-partum recovery.

- Relieves the typical aches and pains of pregnancy bystrengthening and stretching your muscles.
- Helps you relax and get the sleep your body needs for healthy baby development.
- Controls weight gain and helps your muscles regain their strength sooner so you can return to your pre-pregnancy shape.

- Makes labor and delivery less stressful on you and your baby since exercisers are less likely to need medical intervention.

Prenatal Yoga ~ Wednesday mornings 9:30 to 10:30 am

Prenatal Water Exercise ~ All of our water exercise classes are accommodating to pregnant women - aquatic schedule

MERCY BIRTHING CLASSES
