Livestrong at the YMCA Education Series
This week's FREE lecture is Patient Advocacy:  Using Your Passion to Help Others presented by Richard Deming, MD ~ Medical Director, Mercy Cancer Center Radiation Oncology.  This weekly class is held on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 to 6:30 pm and is always free and open to the public. 

Zoom Performance Triathlon Swim Clinic
Learning proper swimming techniqueis one of the most difficult pieces of triathlon.  This clinic will help you learn to relax in the water, swim from the core, improve body balance, and improve breathing technique.  Sunday, February 21st from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.  Click here for more information or members can register now!

Volunteer Exercise Assistant
